We’re committed to providing reliable, responsive support at The Buzzing Bee Center. Our standard service hours run Monday through Friday, with optional weekend coverage available by request. All times listed are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM
These are our core operating hours during which all standard support services are available.
In observance of the Sabbath, The Buzzing Bee Center’s website and all business operations, including customer support, are closed from sunrise to sunset on Saturdays. This dedicated time of rest honors our values and supports both service excellence and a healthy work-life balance for our team. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you outside of these hours.
Please note: Website access will resume after sunset on Saturday. Business operations and customer support will fully resume on Monday. Optional Sunday support is available for eligible clients who have scheduled Extended Support in advance.

Extended Support Hours Add-On (Optional)

This option is ideal for weekend coverage. Extended support is available by request only, subject to availability and additional fees. Advance scheduling is required.

We remain available throughout most major U.S. holidays. If your business requires continued coverage during
