What We’re Looking For
We’re always on the lookout for talented, motivated individuals to join our hive. The ideal candidate is not only skilled but also driven by purpose and professionalism. Here’s what we value:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and task/project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp), and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Previous experience navigating call center CRM systems and customer support tools used in client-based environments.
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritize and multitask without constant supervision.
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting
- Experience in customer service is highly valued, and experience in content creation, administrative support, recruiting, or project coordination is a definite plus.
