These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement (“Agreement”) between you, the user, and The Buzzing Bee Center, LLC., its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “The Buzzing Bee Center”), governing your access and use of this website, its services, and its products. By accessing or using this website, its services, and its products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing or using this website.
Introduction
The Buzzing Bee Center provides a suite of services, including Virtual Call Center Solutions, Virtual Business Operations Support, Social Media Management, Business Support Services, and Recruiting Services, serving both small and large businesses. Additionally, we offer work-from-home opportunities to individuals.
This website, thebuzzingbeecenter.com, is operated by The Buzzing Bee Center LLC., a Florida Limited Liability Company with a designated mailing address at 7860 W Commercial Blvd, Suite 200, PMB 613, Lauderhill, FL 33351. The Company operates remotely and does not maintain a physical office location.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing, using the website, or placing an order on the website, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read and understand these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to comply with and be bound by them, in the version then valid. The Buzzing Bee Center reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions periodically; therefore, you are advised to review them each time you use the website. 1. Definitions
- “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to The Buzzing Bee Center.
- “Customer”, “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our website or purchasing our Products or Services.
- “Party” means either you or The Buzzing Bee Center (and “Parties” means both).
- “Agreement” refers to the Terms and Conditions that constitute a legal contract between the user and The Buzzing Bee Center, LLC., its affiliates, and subsidiaries, governing the user’s access and use of the website.
- “Services” include Virtual Call Center Solutions, Virtual Business Operations Support, Social Media Management, Business Support Services, and Recruiting Services, among others, as further defined in individual service agreements.
- “Service Agreement” refers to the individual contract between The Buzzing Bee Center and a client, outlining the specific services, payment terms, and other obligations.
- “User-Generated Content” refers to any content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other materials, that users submit, post, or display through our Services.
- “Data Breach” refers to any unauthorized access to, acquisition, use, or disclosure of personal data.
- “Account” means the account you created on the website behind a login.
- “Applicable Laws” means concerning a Party, all laws, regulations, and mandatory codes of practice to which it is subject.
- “Business Day” means Monday through Thursday – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time; Friday – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Time; and Sunday – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding Saturdays and any day deemed a non-business day by The Buzzing Bee Center.
- “Intellectual Property Rights” means all vested and future rights of the copyright and related rights, design rights, database rights, patents, rights to inventions, trademarks and trade dress (including goodwill associated with them), domain names, applications for and the right to apply for any of the above, moral rights, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off and unfair competition, rights in know-how and Confidential Information, rights in computer software, and any other intellectual or industrial property rights or equivalent forms of protection, whether registered or unregistered, and all renewals and extensions of such rights, whether now known or in future subsisting in any part of the world.
- “Losses” means claims, demands, actions, awards, judgments, settlements, costs, expenses, liabilities, damages, and losses (including all interest, fines, penalties, management time, and legal and other reasonable professional costs and expenses).
- “The Buzzing Bee Center Products and Services” refers to the services and digital products (courses, e-books, templates, guides, etc…) available for ordering by you.
- “The Buzzing Bee Center Proprietary Materials” means any software, databases, services, digital products (courses, e-books, templates, guides), source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, file formants, Application Programming Interfaces (API), or other materials owned by, or licensed to The Buzzing Bee Center, including the website.
- “Order” means any order for The Buzzing Bee Center Products or Services placed by you and accepted by The Buzzing Bee Center by these Terms and Conditions.
- “Representatives” means officers, employees, advisors, contractors, or any other persons acting on behalf of a Party.
- “Sales Tax” means any sales tax, value-added tax, or any similar replacement or additional tax, including but not limited to, goods and services tax (GST) or consumption tax, chargeable under Applicable Laws
- “The Buzzing Bee Center Marks” refers to The Buzzing Bee Center name, logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, and brand assets, including domain names and social media assets, used in association with The Buzzing Bee Center, the website, or any product or service offered
- “Malicious Item” means any item (including software, code, file, or program) that may adversely affect the operation of computer systems, networks, or telecommunications, impair access to or the integrity of programs or data, or negatively impact user experience, including worms, trojan horses, viruses, and similar harmful items.
2. Use of Services
a) Our services are intended for individuals seeking work-from-home opportunities and businesses seeking virtual business support, call center solutions, and related services.
b) You must be at least 18 years old or be legally able to enter into agreements.
c) You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not for any fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity, including but not limited to:
- Engaging in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Using the services to transmit spam or unsolicited communications.
- Attempting to interfere with the operation of the website.
- Impersonating another user or entity.
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Using our content without permission.
3. User Responsibilities
a) You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

b) All payments must be made in full before service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
c) We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time but will provide reasonable notice to clients.
d) Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
e) Prices and fees shown on the website are exclusive of Sales Taxes. All fees and prices are exclusive of Sales Taxes, which will be calculated and added to your total at the time of checkout, based on your state.
6. Intellectual Property & Use of the Website
a) All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Buzzing Bee Center and protected by Intellectual Property Laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written consent.
b) This website and its content are intended for both informational and commercial purposes. Clients who purchase digital products, courses, templates, or guides are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. These materials may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial gain. Clients who purchase business services may use the website for professional purposes related to their engagement with The Buzzing Bee Center. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of any content on this website is strictly prohibited
c) Unless otherwise agreed in writing in the Service Agreement, The Buzzing Bee Center retains ownership of any materials created by us for the client as part of the services.
d) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will transfer The Buzzing Bee Center’s (or its licensors’) Intellectual Property Rights to you.
e) The Buzzing Bee Center Marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of The Buzzing Bee Center. You do not have any right to The Buzzing Bee Center Marks other than as necessary for you to be able to use the website per these Terms and Conditions.
f) To the extent you provide any suggestions, comments, or other feedback related to The Buzzing Bee Center Technology & Content or Products, you hereby grant The Buzzing Bee Center a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable license to copy, display, distribute, perform, modify and otherwise use feedback in any way and without limitation. This includes feedback or suggestions from your Representatives via feedback request services and on social media.
g) The Buzzing Bee Center hereby grants you a revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Technology and Content solely to order The Buzzing Bee Center Products and Services.
h) Except as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions, you shall not:
- otherwise use, copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of The Buzzing Bee Center products, courses, e-books, templates, and guides without express written consent;
- without explicit authorization, attempt to access, extract, or reproduce the website’s underlying code, design, or operational mechanisms, including but not limited to source code, algorithms, or application interfaces, except as mandated by applicable legal statutes;
- attempt to circumvent or interfere with any security features of the website;
- publicly disseminate non-public information regarding the functionality, operation, or performance of the website;
- use The Buzzing Bee Center Proprietary Materials for competitive analysis or to build competitive products or services; or
- use The Buzzing Bee Center Proprietary Materials for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
i) You may not, without The Buzzing Bee Center’s express written permission:
- Extract and/or reuse parts of the content of the website; or
- Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract at any point for reuse any substantial parts of the content of the website.
For the purposes of this clause, ‘content’ includes, but is not limited to, text, images, videos, audio, and any other materials displayed on the website. Violation of this prohibition may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

b) We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your business information, except as required by law.
c) You agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained through our services to third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
a) The Buzzing Bee Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
b) We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, or external service providers we may recommend or collaborate with.
c) Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services provided.
d) You shall indemnify The Buzzing Bee Center against (which means you will be responsible to The Buzzing Bee Center for) Losses suffered or incurred by The Buzzing Bee Center arising out of or in connection with the use of the website outside of the scope permitted by these Terms and Conditions.
9. PCI Compliance: Secure Handling of Payment Card Information
a) Secure Handling of Payment Card Information: The Buzzing Bee Center is committed to protecting the security of your payment card information. We adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our website and its service providers.
b) Data Collection and Use: We collect payment card information only as necessary to process transactions. This information may include your card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Payment card information is used solely to process your transactions and is not used for any other purpose.
c) Data Storage and Security: We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. Sensitive payment card information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted in our payment gateway provider’s database.

e) No Liability for Unauthorized Access: While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to or use of your payment card information.
f) Changes to Our PCI Compliance Practices: We reserve the right to modify or update our practices and policies related to PCI compliance. Any changes will be reflected in this section of our Terms and Conditions.
10. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
a) Service Availability: The Buzzing Bee Center strives to maintain a 99.5% uptime for all our digital products and services. However, scheduled maintenance may occasionally impact availability. We will provide at least 48 hours’ notice for scheduled maintenance whenever possible.
b) Our uptime guarantees do not cover outages caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our control.
c) Business Hours and Availability: We are available during our Standard Hours of Operation for routine business activities, such as consultations, general inquiries, hiring processes, routine communications, and other internal functions. These hours are as follows:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Friday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
We also offfer Extended Business Hours, which are strictly reserved for clients enrolled in our Extended-Hours Client Support service and for digital product support via email. These hours are:
Monday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Friday – Saturday: Not available
Sunday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Please note:
New client sign-ups, general inquiries, or service-related communication will NOT be addressed during extended hours unless a prior appointment has been scheduled and confirmed. Any emails or messages received during extended hours will be addressed on the next business day.
d) Sabbath Observance: The Buzzing Bee Center honors the weekly Sabbath as a sacred period of rest and spiritual reflection. As such, all operations pause from Friday at 6:00 PM EST until Saturday at 6:00 PM EST each week. During this 24-hour period:
- Our entire website, including the digital storefront and contact forms, will be temporarily unavailable.
No service sign-ups, purchases, or inquiries can be submitted or processed.
Emails and communications received during this period will be reviewed and responded to on the next business day.
All services and activities will resume promptly after 6:00 PM EST on Saturday. We deeply appreciate your understanding and respect as we observe this sacred time.
e) Response Times: We are committed to timely and efficient communication at every step. Our response times are as follows:
- Business Clients (Current & Prospective): Responses will be provided within two (2) business days.
- General Inquiries & Other Contacts unrelated to active or potential business service contracts: Responses will be provided within three (3) business days.
- Job Applicants: Responses will be provided within three to five (3-5) business days.
- Technical Support Requests: We aim to respond within four (4) business hours during our Standard Hours of Operation (as detailed in Section C above).
- Emergency Issues: These will be addressed on a best-effort basis depending on the severity and urgency of the matter.
Emergency Escalation:
An emergency is defined as a critical service disruption, security breach, or system failure that significantly impacts your ability to operate or access services. To escalate an emergency, please include the subject line “URGENT – EMERGENCY” in your email and provide a detailed description of the issue. We will prioritize and address it as quickly as possible within business hours or per your service level agreement, if applicable.
f) Quality Assurance: The Buzzing Bee Center is committed to providing high-quality services and digital products. We will make every reasonable effort, consistent with industry best practices, to deliver services as outlined in our agreements and ensure digital deliverables meet outlined specifications. Any quality concerns regarding services or products must be reported via email to [email protected] within two (2) business days of service completion or product delivery to ensure timely resolution. Reports received after two (2) business days of service completion or product delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and The Buzzing Bee Center reserves the right to determine whether a resolution is warranted. If a reported quality concern is determined to be valid, The Buzzing Bee Center, at its sole discretion, will either re-perform the service or provide a refund.
11. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
a) Data Collection and Processing: We collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. We process personal data only for the purposes specified and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
b) International Users and GDPR: For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). EU residents have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability as provided under GDPR. c) Data Retention: We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws. Client business data will be retained for the duration of our service agreement plus any period required by applicable law or specified in individual contracts.
d) Data Security Measures: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you per applicable law.
12. Website Availability, Updates, & Modifications
a) The Buzzing Bee Center may at any time modify, update, or change all or any part of the website to reflect changes to its services, products, users’ or customers’ needs, and business priorities, to implement any obligations imposed upon The Buzzing Bee Center by third party suppliers or to comply with a change in Applicable Laws.
b) This website is made available free of charge. The Buzzing Bee Center does not guarantee that the website or any content on it will always be available or be uninterrupted. The Buzzing Bee Center may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of the website for any reason.
13. Website Security
a) Each Party shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that no malicious item is connected to, ingested into, transmitted through, or stored on the website. Malicious Item means any item (including any software, code, file, or program) which may:
- adversely affect the operation of computer systems, networks, or telecommunications,
- impair access to or the integrity of programs or data, or
- negatively impact user experience, including worms, trojan horses, viruses, and similar harmful items.
14. Account Creation & Security
a) Account Registration: When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for ensuring your account credentials are secure and for all activities that occur under your account. Accounts are for single users only, and are not to be shared. We strongly encourage all users to take appropriate security precautions, including but not limited to:
- Using strong, unique passwords for their accounts
- Enabling multi-factor authentication (if available)
- Keeping login credentials confidential and not sharing them with others
- Regularly updating their passwords to enhance security
b) Account Security: We are not liable for any unauthorized access to a user’s account resulting from their negligence. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or pose security risks.
c) Monitoring: We also reserve the right to monitor account activity for security purposes.
d) Account Termination: You may request the termination of your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will handle your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable laws.
15. Force Majeure
a) Force Majeure Events: Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or extreme weather events
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or public emergency
- Epidemics, pandemics, or quarantines
- Government actions or orders
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Failure or delays of internet or communications networks
- Cyber attacks or other malicious activities
b) Notification and Mitigation: The affected party shall provide prompt notice of the force majeure event and use reasonable efforts to minimize the impact and resume performance as soon as possible. If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 consecutive days, either party may terminate the affected services upon written notice.
16. Dispute Resolution Process
a) Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, users agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will make good-faith efforts to address concerns and resolve disputes amicably.
b) Mediation: If an informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to participate in non-binding mediation conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. Mediation costs shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
c) Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved through informal means or mediation shall be resolved through binding arbitration by the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Broward County, Florida. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on all parties. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, including attorney’s fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
d) The parties agree that any disputes arising in connection with the website, any order, or these terms and conditions or our privacy policy will be exclusively resolved in binding, confidential arbitration conducted virtually or in Broward County, Florida, using the dispute resolution procedures of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be governed by Florida law. Notwithstanding the foregoing obligation to arbitrate disputes, each party shall have the right to pursue injunctive or other equitable relief at any time, from any court of competent jurisdiction.
While the parties hereto expressly waive the right to trial by jury and any right to participate in class-action proceedings, we acknowledge the importance of consumer protection. To that end, The Buzzing Bee Center will make reasonable efforts to ensure the arbitration process is fair and accessible to all parties. Each party acknowledges they are giving up certain legal rights they would otherwise have to litigate disputes, engage in the kind of discovery allowed in litigation, and otherwise.
e) You have the right to opt out of the mandatory arbitration provision by sending written notice of such decision to us at 7860 W Commercial Blvd, Suite 200, PMB 613, Lauderhill, FL 33351, Attn: Legal Department, Arbitration Opt-Out. Your notice must be received within 30 days from the date you first created an account on the website, or, if you did not create an account, within 30 days of your first purchase of our services or digital products, or, if you have not made a purchase, within 30 days of your first interaction with our website. The notice must include your name and address, each email address you have used to set up an account on the website (if applicable), and an unequivocal statement that you want to opt out of the mandatory arbitration provisions. If you opt-out as described above, The Buzzing Bee Center will be automatically deemed to have opted out as well and will be free to pursue legal claims in court against you in the event of any disputes.
f) Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in a small claims court located in Broward County, Florida, for disputes within the jurisdictional limits of that court.
17. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that comes closest to the intention of the original provision.
18. User-Generated Content
a) Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through our services. By submitting content, you grant The Buzzing Bee Center a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content to provide and promote our services.
b) Content Restrictions: You agree not to submit content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
- Promotes discrimination, harassment, or violence
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code

20. Compliance with Laws
a) You agree to:
- Comply with Applicable Laws relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010 (Applicable Anti-Bribery Law);
- not engage in any activity, practice, or conduct that would constitute an offense under the Applicable Anti-Bribery Law if such activity, practice, or conduct had been carried out in the United Kingdom or the United States; and
- promptly report to, respectively, the other Party’s CEO or Chair, any request or demand for any undue financial or other advantage of any kind received by it in connection with the performance of these Terms and Conditions.
b) You shall comply with all Applicable Laws relating to import and export and trade sanctions.
21. Indemnification
a) You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Buzzing Bee Center, its officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from:
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity Your use or misuse of our services
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our services
b) This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your relationship with The Buzzing Bee Center and your use of our services.
